Scope & Brief: Pitching and proposing ideas for Suzuki XL7 First TVC to win the mass market in Vietnam

Client: Vietnam Suzuki Automotive

Product: Suzuki XL7

Description: This is my first TVC script that I won the pitching. My key hook was I got inspired by the song that Hoang Bach just wrote for Vietnam Football. The singer loves football and he has published a very good song call Cham Vao Vinh Quang 

In the lyrics there are some quotes that took my inspiration

“Và ta sẽ không lùi bước

và ta hát lên bài ca riêng mình

Băng qua những con đường

Lướt qua những giới hạn”

Then I connected this melody into the car Unique selling points. Suzuki XL7 is a MPV mix SUV, it want to position as a strong SUV car. So the sentence “Lướt qua những giới hạn – Overcoming all challenges” are very aligned.

For visual: I mixed with the character of singer with his beloved family (to promote the value of the car – for families use), his singing time – to promote his passion and charm, and his playing football time (scoring) to show his manliness.

This become one of the most popular TVC of Suzuki XL7 that got 2.2M view on youtube. After 3 years, XL7 reached the peak sales revenue than ever before after only 3 years launching in Vietnam.
